Consequence: the abrupt shift to neutral could lead to a crash without warning.

Consequence: if this happens, a loose trim piece could injure the front seat occupants of the vehicle.

Consequence: this can result in an unintended rapid closing of the rear lid with a risk of personal injury.

Consequence: the abrupt shift to neutral could lead to a crash without warning.
